You get what we would build, what it costs and how long it takes, in writing, before anyone starts. If we think you need less than you asked for, we will say so. If we are the wrong fit, we will say that too and point you somewhere better.
We Build It
Design comes first and you see it before a line of code gets written. You give notes, we adjust, and only then does it get built. You review it again on a private link before it goes anywhere near the public internet.
Nothing launches that you have not seen and approved. There is no big reveal at the end where you find out it is not what you pictured.
We Keep It Running
This is the part most people find out too late that they needed. Once you are live, hosting, security, updates and support are ours. When you need a change, you call or email and a person makes it. You do not log into anything or learn a builder.
When the site is ready to do more, the messaging and growth pieces bolt on. They are not required and we will not push them on you on day one.
What We Need From You
Useful if you have it, not required to begin:
- What the business does and who you want walking through the door.
- Any brand material you already own: logo, photos, colors, printed pieces.
- Your domain name, or nothing at all, in which case we register one for you.
- Two or three sites you like, and one you hate. The one you hate is often more useful.
If you have none of that, we still start. Most people arrive without a brief, and assembling one is part of what you are hiring us for.
Before You Ask
How does your quoting work?
We quote it in writing before anyone starts work. What the site has to do drives the number: a straightforward business site is different from a booking system or a store. What we do not do is bill by the hour and surprise you at the end.
How long does it take?
Most sites launch in weeks rather than months. The part that sets the pace is usually content: how fast we get your photos, your copy and your feedback on the design. We can produce what you do not have.
What if I change my mind after we start?
Our Money Back Guarantee covers website work: full deposit back any time before your site enters production. Which plan you are on, and what applies after that point, is written on your agreement before you sign.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes, and it is common. We can move an existing site onto our hosting and maintain it, or rebuild it properly if it is fighting you. Either way we look at what you have before recommending anything.
What if I do not know what I need yet?
That is a normal place to start. Tell us what the business does and what you wish were happening, and we will tell you what we would do about it. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say that too.
